In the Hochpuster Valley you can take sensational tours by mountain bike, such as the tour around the most famous peak in the Dolomites. Along the way you can take a break in one of the friendly alpine huts and experience an incomparable mountain panorama.

Tip: At the start of July, the top event “Dolomiti Superbike” attracts thousands of mountain bikers into the Hochpuster Valley.

San Candido: biker paradise in the Hochpuster Valley:

Enter one of the most varied regions of the Alps by mountain bike: Routes of all degrees of difficulty lead through dappled forests, via sunny mountain pastures or passes into the Dolomites. You can enjoy a huge range of wonderful natural landscapes while biking!

The favourite: San Candido – Lienz, returning by train

The bike tour leads along a designated cycling trail from San Candido through Versciaco and Prato Drava along the River Drau to Lienz and is suitable for all kinds of bikes.
